Apollo Hosting has been around for a while, however, their premium prices does not justify the quality of service and level of performance they are offering to their clients.

The control panel has many options, but many of the options are just affiliate link to other businesses such as the overture affiliate link and refer a friend link. Their control panel has many pluses too such as PGP mail. But besides that, the other features included are nothing special. Other control panels out there almost have the same similar features.

Customer Service

Apollo Hosting's level of customer support is competent. Their level of customer support seems to be top priority. We can easily see that since they offer 24 hours, 7 days a week technical support. When we called them to and asked a few questions, their staffs were able to competently answer each question. Apollo also offers sales and support via chat, which is a big plus for people who dislike waiting to hold online.

Setup Time

Jumpline generally was fast for us. From the moment we signed up for an account till the moment we discontinued using it for our testing purposes, Jumpline had consistent performance. Our websites loaded blazingly fast and e-mail was sent and received normally within seconds. Besides that, Jumpline never was slow for us even during peak hours of the day unlike other web hosting companies.


Pitfalls

Apollo web hosting's is premium quality but at a premium price. So far, we were completely satisfied of their offerings. Out of the two month period, when we were using their web hosting services, their site did not come down even once. Even our Alertra, downtime remote alert software did not alert us of any downtime from this respectable web hosting company.

Strengths

Our website loaded fast with Apollo Hosting and during peak times, their hosting was never slow. The only problem we had was their slow e-mail delivery. When we sent several test messages from an Earthlink or AOL email, it took several hours before we received it.
