Easy CGI offers gigantic amount of space, generous bandwidth and good customer service. For $7.95 a month, you get 3 GB of disk space (the highest we seen), 50 GB of bandwidth and support for ASP, MS Access, and a bunch of asp scripts. If you are a windows web hosting seeker, look no further than Easy CGI.
Control
Panel
EasyCGI's control panel is very basic compared to the other web hosts. They do not provide much tools such as web templates, nor adjustment of website resources. Their interface in their control panel is also poor compared to other web hosts. But it does include all the basic functionality of a control but just nothing extra. It does allow you to add mail alias, forwarding, mx records, domain forwarding. But that pretty much sums it. Their interface is mostly text based, but if you do not need or even use the control panel, this section should be no matter to you.
Customer
Service
EasyCGI provides toll-free telephone support five days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Their staffs were helpful. They usually were very understanding and is willing to spend all their time trying to assist you in solving your problem. EasyCGI lacks a strong documentation.

Once we purchased a EasyCGI account, our account was setup within a few hours. They just email us all the necessary information
Pitfalls
We think EasyCGI needs to upgrade their outdated control panel and provide users with more comprehensive documentation on their service. Furthermore, it would be nice to have extended phone hours like the top web hosts.
Strengths
Easy CGI provides ample disk storage (3 GB) and plenty of asp installed components. They offer free setup. Their web hosting is also very fast and reliable.

Opinion
EasyCGI makes a great choice for your web hosting needs if you are not a beginner. The reason we say this is because of their lack of proper documentation and poor graphical user interface for their control panel.
