HostSave is one of the oldest web hosting companies out there. They offer 2 hosting plans - Standard and Max. The Standard plan costs $7.95 with 1,000 MB disk space and 100 GB bandwidth. The Max plan offers double the size of the Standard plan with 2,000 MB disk space and 200 GB of bandwidth at $12.95. We will be discussing only the $7.95 Standard plan below as the Max plan is over $10/month.

Plan Features

We were shocked when we saw their plan upgrade in the beginning of February. They increased the disk space from 300 MB to 1,000 MB, and the bandwidth from 15 GB to 100 GB! The increased margin is unbelievable. The bandwidth is increased by almost 7 times. Even though they offer a lot for little, we believe they have one of the worst control panels out there

Our Opinion

HostSave provides too little database. Furthermore, their control panel is old and difficult to use. There are much better web hosts out there to consider.
