But even with such a great offering, the quality of their web hosting is still top notch.  Our tests show that speed and prompt customer service is the apex of the industry. Control Panel

Lunarpages uses CPanel for their control panel software.  The control panel is one of the most reputable control panel softwares in the industry. It has a huge number of advanced features and unlike some control panels, all of their features fuction error-free. You can restart services such as Mysql when it crashes and you can even manage your billing here and schedule automated backups.

Customer Service

They provide email based support twenty four hours a day and phone support is provided 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM on weekdays and even 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends. Most web hosts are usually just opened from Monday thru Friday. During our random tests when we called support during peak hour between 11:00 AM 2:00 PM we were connected to a representative immediately without any hold time. Setup Time

Accounts are usually setup within a couple of minutes to a few hours. The downside to their web hosting is that they verify each and every order before it gets processed via voice verification.
